As you will have seen from our messages and on our Status Page, you will temporarily be unable to use any Royal Mail service for international orders from 7.00pm on 13th January 2023 through StoreFeeder. If you try to despatch an order using an international service, you will see the following error message:
"Royal Mail international services are currently unavailable. Please use an alternative service. See status page for more info"
You will understand that this is beyond our control and we cannot give any advice on this matter specifically and advise you to contact your Royal Mail Account Manager if you have any questions.
Any international mail that has been sent into Royal Mail needs to be manifested as normal. However, if you have produced labels for international parcels, but are holding the mail back, these should not be manifested until the mail is collected.
As before, domestic mail is unaffected and should be manifested as normal.
If you have alternative international shipping carrier options (DPD, DHL, Evri etc.) and wish to utilise their international services, you can use these and adjust your shipping rules to auto allocate these shipping methods instead of Royal Mail services.
Unfortunately. if you have no alternative international carrier options, then we are unable to offer any further advice.

If you have an alternative service, and do not want to change your shipping rules, you can also change this on an order by order basis inside the order itself, or use the "Alter Shipping Method" bulk tool available in the drop down action menu of the orders page. Simply select all the orders you wish to change the shipping method on, click this option in the drop down menu, and follow the on screen instructions.
