It's becoming more and more common that channels are expecting specific courier names sent to them for them to match the courier names they have in their records.
If you are using a courier and the name is going up incorrect to channel you can now edit your shipping method and fill out a new section called "Override channel shipping service" that lets you specify per channel what values we should upload for each of the relevant fields:
Where the field isn't relevant for that channel the fields will be greyed out, as an example the only field we upload to shopify is "Carrier Name" so that is only field we leave available for you to fill in.
