Unmapping and remapping a listing

Occasionally you will need to be able to break a mapping to a product and set up the mapping from scratch.  This could be if you have accidentally mapped the wrong product(s) to the listing or if you have made significant changes to the listing on which are now not reflected in StoreFeeder.  This guide will show you how to break the mapping by marking the listing for redownload.

Firstly you will need to find the listing you wish to redownload by filtering the manage listings page.  Once you have the listing(s) you wish to redownload on you can either:

a) For single listings - Hover over the channel identifier for the listing you wish to redownload.  This will make additional options appear below, then you just need to click the 'Redownload' option.

or

b) For Multiple Listings - Tick the checkbox for each listing you wish to redownload, then choose the 'Redownload' button in the blue bar above the listings grid

In both cases, this will break the mapping between the listing and the product and it will cause the listing to redownload from in the next download cycle.  The listings will then appear as unmapped listings to be remapped to the corresponding product.  The guide for doing this can be found here.
