A useful feature within StoreFeeder is being able to use the product price to update listing prices.
How this works:
In order to update a listing price via a product price you just need to ensure that the listing price that you would like to be updated by a product price is set to have no value. When the listing price is set to have no value StoreFeeder will automatically pull the price from the product that is in the listing.
There are two ways of doing this:
1. Individually
2. Bulk
1. Individually:
To do this Individually is very easy. You need to navigate to the listing you would like to apply this to.
go to:
'Listings > Manage Listings > Select Edit' on the listing from the provided list.
Once you have followed the above steps you will be in the general tab of the listing, you now need to find where the price option is. (Please see the below image).
Here in the above image you can see that there is the option 'Buy it now price' (Note: this will be labelled differently depending on the integration). For eBay specifically there is an option that reads 'Link to product price' which is right next to the 'buy it now price'. Click on this option and ensure you have no value set, this will link it to the product price if you have a value set this will over ride the this option for all other integrations simply remove the value set in the price box and click save.
2. Bulk
To apply this to multiple listings again is a very simple process. You will need to start by doing a listings export. To do this you will need to go to 'Listings > Listing Import/Export > Export'.
When you are here you will be presented with a screen like this:
The listing export is done by channel
Select the channel that contains the listings that you would like to apply this to. When you have done this you will need to select the fields that you are going to export, along with the default fields that will already be selected you will also need to select the field called 'Listing Price'.
Now that you have selected the channel that contains the listings you would like to alter and you have added the required field click export. Once the export is completed you need to open it.
When you have opened the exported listings you will see the field names across the top. You need to go to the 'Listing Price' field and delete all the prices ensuring that they do not have any values in them.
Now that you have done this you will need to import the listings back in StoreFeeder. To import the listings you will need to go 'Listings > Listings Import/Export > Import (Update Existing)' and select the file you you made the changes to and click 'Import'.
Once the import is finished your chosen listings will now have their price controlled by the product.

when deleting the price in an individual listing and then click save and upload, you get a red error message "enter your price"
