If an order requires attention for any reason, then it can be marked as such in StoreFeeder.
To mark an order as 'Attention Required', first navigate to the 'Orders' page (Orders>Manage Orders) and click on the orders' 'Order ID', as shown in the image below. Alternatively, hover over the order line and click on 'Edit' that appears below the order ID.
You will now see the 'Edit Order' page for that order. In the 'Order Information' section, check the 'Attention Required' box.
The 'Order Information' window will turn red indicating that the order is now marked as requiring attention. You can also enter an 'Attention Required Message' to provide you with more information on the order.
Click the 'Save' button when you are done.
By Default, the 'Attention Required' column will not be visible on your 'Orders' page. To add it to your page, click on the 'Toolbox Icon' on the right of the page an circled in the image below.
You will be able to add or remove columns from the page. Check the 'Attention Required' box to add the column.The column names appear in the same order as they will on the orders page, reading from left to right.
The 'Attention Required' column will now be visible on the page. If an order is marked as requiring attention, then a yellow warning triangle will appear next to it.
If you hover over the icon, the attention required message will be visible if one was added to the order.
Marking Orders as Attention Required In Bulk
Orders can also be as Attention Required in bulk. To do this, simply select the relevant orders using the check boxes to the left of the orders, select 'Mark As Attention Required' from the order bulk action menu and click the 'Confirm' button.
To unmark orders that currently require attention in bulk, simply select the relevant orders using the check boxes to the left of the orders, select 'Remove Attention Required' from the order bulk action menu and click the 'Confirm' button.
