Splitting Out of Stock Orders

StoreFeeder has a feature allowing you to split orders if one or more elements are out of stock.

By using this feature you are able to separate the order into two orders. 

This can only be applied to orders where there are products on the order that are out of stock. These orders will usually have a status of 'Pending (Waiting Part Stock)'. For orders that are 'pending waiting part stock', this feature allows you to 'split out of stocks'. This feature when applied will separate the order so you will now have 2 orders, one that is complete ready to pick (this will have the line items that can be sent) and another order that is pending waiting all stock (this is the order that will contain line items that need fulfilling before this can be sent out).

To begin the process of splitting orders please see the below steps:

1. Please go to the 'Manage Order' page.
2. Under the orders title you will see a drop down box. From here select 'Split Out of Stocks' option.
3. Please tick the orders you would like to apply this to.
4. Once you are happy with the orders you have selected please click the 'Confirm' button.
