What's this guide for?
Do you ever get sick and tired of entering the same filters over and over again that you use daily? Well, with our saved filters feature that will be a thing of the past.
You can save as many useful sets of filters as you like so that any time you use a grid with filters, you'll be able to populate the filter fields with what you desire with the click of a button.
How do I use it?
Well, it's actually rather simple! Once you have entered your filters and decided that they might be useful to use in the future, you will be able to save them as a filter pre-set at the click of a button as demonstrated below:
Once that button’s clicked you’ll be given the option to name the pre-set and also whether to make it public or not, which would give all other users on your account access to use the filter set.
When you’ve done that, click save and you will then notice the set of filters has been added to the drop down list for you to use any time as shown below:
That's all there is to it! You'll now be able to use this pre-set of filters whenever you like in the future.
What if I make a mistake?
If you make a mistake, you want to edit the filter set or you want to delete a set, then never fear! There's a button for that as shown below:
Clicking that will bring up a pop up similar to when you first created the filter set. You'll see the option to rename the filter, change visibility and delete the filter set.
