Improvements:

• (106774) - ORDER EXPORT - Added a new CBM Volume token to Order Export templates. This calculates an order’s total cubic metre volume using the packaging dimensions multiplied by the number of parcels.

• (111447) - INSIGHTS - Added a new Destination Country report to Insights. The report groups orders by delivery country and displays order count and revenue, with filters for date range, sales channel and country.

  Active, archived and cancelled orders are included, helping users analyse destination performance across different monthly or yearly periods.

• (119234) - DHL - DHL Express shipments now use the sender name configured against the dispatch warehouse as the shipper company name. If no warehouse sender name is configured, the channel’s company identity will be used instead.
  This ensures the correct company or brand appears on DHL Express labels for accounts operating multiple warehouses or brands, while bringing DHL Express in line with other courier integrations.

• (115586) - PRODUCT - Improved inventory calculations for kits that use supplier inventory. Where a kit requires multiple units of a component and physical stock cannot assemble one complete kit, StoreFeeder will now correctly use the available supplier inventory.
  This ensures the kit’s stock is reported accurately and the appropriate supplier lead time is sent to the channel.

• (115822) - PRODUCT - Deleting a mapped product will now remove its associated listing links and queue the listings to be downloaded again across all channels that support listing redownloads.
  Simple listings are redownloaded individually, while variation listings are redownloaded once through the parent listing. Individual child variants are removed with their parent and are not queued separately.

• (112334) - INSIGHTS - Added a new Deleted Orders report to Insights. Users can select a date range to view deleted orders, including the order number, ordered product, channel, user, order status and action date, making it easier to audit order deletions and identify who carried them out. The report can also be exported in line with other Insights reports.

• (112333) - INSIGHTS - Added a new Deleted Products by User report to Insights. Users can select a date range to view deleted products, including the SKU, product name, deletion date and the user who deleted each product, making it easier to audit product removals.

• (118482) - SHOPIFY - When creating a new Shopify variation listing, the Cost per item field will now be automatically populated for each variant using the product’s cost price. This brings variation listings in line with the existing behaviour for simple products.

• (110671) - SHOPIFY - Added a new Import Partially Shipped Orders setting to Shopify channels. When enabled, StoreFeeder will import only the remaining unfulfilled items from partially shipped Shopify orders, allowing them to be processed as normal. This setting is disabled by default, so existing order import behaviour remains unchanged.

• (110820) - IMPORT/EXPORT - Improved stock location imports for multiwarehouse accounts.

  The Bulk Inventory Adjustment import can now associate existing stock locations with products, as well as update inventory at locations already associated with them. Stock locations must already exist in StoreFeeder.

  For multiwarehouse accounts, stock locations are now read-only on the standard Product Import, and warehouse priority is set by the order of locations in the pipe-separated list. Validation has also been improved to prevent invalid warehouse data from producing inaccurate success messages.

• (116761) - AMAZON - Added Item Highlight to Amazon listing imports and exports. Users can now bulk-manage up to 10 Item Highlight values per listing using a spreadsheet.

• (117556) - SHIPPING - Added the W1A postcode district to StoreFeeder’s region lookup data. Orders with a W1A delivery address will now be correctly matched to Greater London when evaluating shipping rules.

• (91154) - EBAY - Updated eBay order imports so IOSS numbers are no longer applied when the delivery address is within the UK, including orders sent to eBay’s UK Global Shipping Programme hub. This prevents unnecessary IOSS details from blocking despatch while eBay manages the onward international delivery.

• (115999) - PRODUCT - Product image uploads now retain the original filename in the stored image URL, helping descriptive filenames support image SEO.

  StoreFeeder will automatically make filenames unique where required to prevent images from being overwritten. This applies to new uploads only; existing product images remain unchanged.

• (115410) - PRODUCT - Added a unit conversion helper to the General tab of the View Product page. Users can now enter product dimensions in inches, centimetres, metres or feet and convert them to the nearest whole millimetre.

  Only dimensions entered into the helper are updated, while existing values and variant update options remain unaffected. Product dimensions continue to be displayed and stored in millimetres.

• (117417) - ORDERS - Updated order imports so the Channel Item Identifier on an order line is populated with the channel’s product identifier, such as an Amazon ASIN, instead of the identifier for the individual order line.

  This ensures the field contains the correct channel product reference.

• (116213) - AMAZON - Unpaid Amazon orders without a usable shipping address will now use the country associated with their Amazon channel for both the billing and shipping addresses. If the channel country is unavailable or cannot be resolved, the order will default to the United Kingdom.

• (117497) - MIRAKL - Added support for Argos through the Mirakl integration.

• (117633) - RM - Added an Allow Additional Handling Fees to be Paid toggle to Royal Mail shipping methods. When enabled, Royal Mail can apply additional handling fees to international shipments containing customs items. The setting is available on the Edit Shipping Method page and is displayed for Royal Mail shipping methods only.

Bug Fixes:

• (119277) - MIRAKL - Fixed an issue where multi-package orders could send a tracking URL containing multiple tracking numbers while only the first tracking number was uploaded. The tracking URL now matches the uploaded tracking number, preventing Mirakl from rejecting the despatch update.

• (112588) - AMAZON - Fixed several validation issues affecting Amazon V3 variation listings. Changes to variant barcodes, barcode types, prices, attributes and variation themes are now saved and validated correctly.

  Validation indicators now remain accurate when opening Advanced Properties, only the edited variant is revalidated where possible, and Save & Upload now identifies the specific variant when visible validation errors need correcting.

• (110385) - TIKTOK - Resolved an issue where shipping service overrides could not be configured for TikTok channels. Overrides can now be added to shipping methods such as SHL, allowing the correct shipping provider to be supplied to TikTok and preventing errors when despatching orders with services such as DHL.

• (83321) - REPORTS - Fixed an issue with the Historic Inventory (Stock Levels By Date) report where parent and kit products could be included while stock-holding variation products were excluded.
  The report now excludes non-stockable parent and kit products while correctly including simple products and child variations, providing more accurate historical inventory data.

• (109218) - ORDERS - Fixed an issue where the Swap option disappeared after closing or refreshing a draft exchange order. The option will now remain available for draft orders linked to an order return, allowing the returned product to be exchanged for another product.

• (116934) - SUPPLIERS - Fixed an issue where rows in supplier FTP stock CSV files could be skipped when the cost price field was blank. Blank cost prices are now treated as no price being supplied, allowing the stock update to process while preserving the existing supplier cost price.

• (116940) - MIRAKL - Fixed an issue where duplicate listings with the same Channel SKU could prevent all offer updates for a Mirakl channel from processing. Duplicate records are now handled safely, allowing other listing updates to continue as expected.
