October Releases 2026
Items included have been released throughout the month. This article is retrospectively updated weekly. Please see here for our up to date log of upcoming releases.
New Features:
-
(113135) - TEMU - Added Temu price suggestions. Suggestions are downloaded daily and automatically accepted when they are above the minimum price you set on the listing.
Suggestions below your minimum price are not accepted, and the listing is marked as Attention Required so you can review it. The minimum price can be set on the listing page, on the price recommendation page or through the listing CSV import.
-
(124506) - QUICKBOOKS - Purchase orders can now be exported to QuickBooks, in the same way as the existing Xero export.
On the QuickBooks PO Settings page, choose which suppliers to export, their start date and the expense account to use. Complete purchase orders are exported, plus Sent To Supplier purchase orders if you turn on that option. Each purchase order is exported once and is not updated in QuickBooks afterwards.
Improvements:
-
(123728, 115067, 122158) - SHIPPING RULES - Added three new options to shipping rules: an FBM Ship+ criterion for Amazon orders, criteria to include or exclude orders by order tag or customer tag, and an Apply order tag action that adds your own tag to orders when a rule is applied.
FBM Ship+ can be set to All, FBM Ship+ only or Not FBM Ship+, in the same way as Prime. If a rule has include tags, an order must carry at least one of them to match. If an order carries any of a rule's exclude tags, the rule does not apply to it. The order tag is applied alongside the existing priority flag, and only when the rule is chosen for the order. All three options are also available in the rule tester and the shipping rules CSV. Existing rules are not affected, and orders continue to get the same shipping method as before.
-
(129159, 129951, 126295, 126298, 127379, 124681, 121652) - CUSTOMS - Added support for the EU item-level product identifiers that are required on B2C shipments into the EU from 1 November 2026. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx (REST), DPD, Evri, Whistl and Norsk now send them.
Each item is declared with its SKU, its manufacturer product code (Manufacturer Part Number) and, where one exists, a standard barcode (EAN, UPC, ISBN or an additional barcode). If the values used for your listings are not right for customs, you can set overrides in the new Product Mid Code and Non Standard Mid Code fields on the product. These fields can also be set through product CSV import/export and the REST API. A PGA Reference Number field has also been added for Royal Mail US-bound shipments. Values are never shortened. If a value is missing or too long for the courier, the despatch is stopped with a message naming the order line. For Norsk, products can also hold the EUDR Due Diligence Statement reference and TARIC code needed from 1 January 2027.
-
(130752) - CUSTOMS - Guernsey, Aruba, the Faroe Islands and Antigua and Barbuda are no longer treated as being inside the EU customs territory, and Monaco is now correctly treated as inside it.
Shipments to these destinations now get the right customs paperwork, IOSS handling and EU product identifier checks. Shipments from Northern Ireland to the rest of Europe now send the XI EORI number.
-
(124589) - ORDER IMPORT - Added a Tags column to the CSV order import, so tags can be added to orders when they are imported.
Separate multiple tags with a pipe, for example Fragile|Gift Wrap. Tags that do not exist yet are created, and orders that are split during import all get the same tags.
-
(126041) - AMAZON - Imported Amazon listings now bring in more product information. Your own (first-party) listings now import their Amazon description, and third-party listings now include their bullet points in the description as a bulleted list.
-
(130409) - EBAY - The Size dropdown for variants on the eBay listing page now shows the sizes eBay accepts for the listing's category first, under eBay Supported Sizes, followed by your own values.
This helps you avoid listings being rejected or held for using sizes that are not on eBay's list. You can still type your own value.
-
(129693) - DESPATCH - When a courier provides its own commercial invoice instead of a CN23, StoreFeeder now saves it against the order and prints it on the A4 printer, in place of the StoreFeeder CN23.
Print Commercial Invoice on the order, and the REST API commercial invoice endpoint, now return the courier's invoice when one has been saved. This applies to couriers connected through the shipment service, including Royal Mail.
-
(129065) - ADDRESS LOOKUP - Address lookup now opens up grouped results, such as a street, town or postcode, so you can choose the exact address from inside the group.
Previously, choosing a group could leave the address fields empty. The third line of an address is also no longer dropped. This applies to Edit Order, Edit Customer and View Supplier.
-
(128050) - API - Added a new endpoint to cancel up to 50 orders in one request. Stock is unallocated in the same way as the Cancel button in StoreFeeder.
Each order gets its own result, so one order that cannot be cancelled does not stop the others. On accounts with multiple stock locations, using the override order status endpoint to set an order to cancelled now returns a warning recommending this new endpoint instead.
-
(121326) - API - Added a new endpoint to retrieve an order's existing return label as a PDF, together with its return tracking number. This endpoint does not create a new return label.
-
(77760) - API - Added a new endpoint that returns a pickwave's log, showing the same information as the Show Pickwave Log button.
This includes who picked each item and when, pick times, barcodes scanned, quantities and any picker changes. It can be used while a pickwave is still being picked.
-
(125856) - API - The REST API no longer allows a product's SKU to be changed to a SKU already used by another product on your account. In line with the product page, the update is rejected with a message naming the SKU.
-
(130680) - SHIPPING RULES - The shipping rule editor now opens faster on accounts with many tags, and tags can be searched in the tag pickers.
The customer tag criteria now list only customer tags. Previously they listed every tag, so a criterion could be set that never matched.
-
(131543) - MOBILE APP - When you search a stock location during a stock take, the app now asks whether to load the location's products before it loads them. This makes searches quicker when you choose No.
-
(129518) - MOBILE APP - During a stock take, tapping a product with no image now opens the placeholder image. Closing an image keeps your place in the list, and scanned products are added in the right position for the chosen sort order.
-
(125835) - MOBILE APP - During a manual stock take, FIFO information is now shown in the stock location list, so you no longer need to choose a location first to see it.
-
(129453, 124263) - MOBILE APP - Improved how the app displays on Android 15 and later, along with general stability improvements. Available in version 4.15.0.
-
(126038) - SHIPPING RULES - Added a Bladed flag to products and a Bladed Items criterion to shipping rules, so orders containing bladed items can be sent on a specific shipping method, for example one with age verification.
The Bladed flag is in the Hazardous Goods panel on the product's Shipping & Handling tab, and can also be set through product CSV import/export and the REST API. Shipping rules can be set to "At least one Bladed Item", and a rule using it takes priority over an otherwise identical rule set to All. Existing rules are not affected.
-
(118537) - AMAZON FBA - Added an Import from CSV option to the FBA Inbound Shipments page, so FBA inbound shipments can be created in bulk from a CSV file.
Choose the warehouse, Amazon channel, destination country and prep and labelling owners, download the template and upload your file. Rows sharing a Reference are created as one shipment. Each shipment is previewed, with any rows that need fixing listed, before you start the import. Shipments are created as drafts to be completed as usual.
-
(129094) - APC - Added the Offshore Liquid Service (APCTDLP) to the APC service list, so shipping methods can now be mapped to it.
Your APC account needs to be enabled for this service to despatch orders with it.
-
(127440) - PICKWAVES - The Ship by date rule on pickwave rule sets can now count days to the end of the day, in your account's time zone, rather than in 24 hour blocks from when the run starts.
For example, 1 day now includes every order due by the end of tomorrow, including Amazon orders due at 23:59, whatever time the run starts. Hours still work as a rolling window from when the run starts. Existing rules keep working exactly as before and now show their value in hours; to use the end of day behaviour, change the rule to Days.
-
(114632) - VIRTUAL STOCK - Added a Send Custom Invoice Number setting to Virtual Stock integrations. When it is on, invoices raised in the Virtual Stock portal are numbered INV- followed by the StoreFeeder order number.
The setting is in the new Invoicing section of the integration's details page. When it is off, Virtual Stock continues to use its own invoice reference.
-
(112330) - API - Added a new endpoint to assign the same label, carrier name and tracking number to up to 50 orders in one request, using StoreFeeder order numbers.
The endpoint applies the same checks as the existing assign label endpoint and returns a result for each order, so one invalid order does not stop the others from being labelled.
-
(129969) - CUSTOM COURIERS - Added the Label shipping format to custom couriers, so labels assigned through the REST API's assign label endpoint can print as a separate label rather than on the invoice.
Use the Label format with the Customer Generated label type. The Label Type option is only shown on accounts using iText labels, so please contact support if you do not see it.
-
(128401) - SHOPIFY - Exchanges made in store through Shopify POS are now brought into StoreFeeder by the Shopify returns job, with the replacement items created as a new despatched order linked to the original order.
The returned items are recorded and restocked as before. The new order reduces stock at the warehouse mapped to the exchange location, and on the original order the exchanged lines show as Exchanged with a View Exchange link. No shipping update is sent to Shopify for the exchange order.
Bug Fixes:
-
(129938) - API - Fixed an issue where changing an order's shipping method through the REST API failed when the new shipping method had no courier.
-
(124853) - ORDERS - Fixed an issue where selecting No Payment Required did not move an order out of Awaiting Payment when a balance of less than 1p remained.
This mostly affected orders containing kit products, where rounding could leave a tiny balance that is not shown in the amount to pay.
-
(122646) - INVOICES - Fixed an issue where some non-Latin and accented characters were left out of invoices, labels and other paperwork, particularly in bold text such as names and addresses.
These characters are now printed correctly wherever a font can display them.
-
(123682) - AMAZON - Fixed an issue where one invalid listing could stop the bulk product upload from sending any listings for that channel to Amazon.
Valid listings are now sent. Listings that fail validation are marked as Attention Required, with a message naming the attributes to fix. Shipping group dropdowns on the listing page also no longer pick the first shipping template automatically when none has been set.
-
(125783) - DESPATCH - Fixed an issue where some orders despatched through the shipment service were saved without a tracking number. When this happened, the delivery confirmation barcode was sent to the channel instead of the tracking number.
-
(130768) - BIGCOMMERCE - Fixed an issue where BigCommerce listings stayed at their previous status after a successful upload and were uploaded again on every run. Uploaded listings now show as Active On Channel.
-
(131025) - SUPPLIERS - Fixed an issue where supplier links created by the Product Supplier CSV import were skipped by supplier stock feeds. Stock for these links is now updated from the feed.
-
(129215) - PRODUCT EXPORT - Fixed an issue where product exports could fail to complete on accounts with a large number of products. Exports are now faster, and the exported values are unchanged.
-
(124983) - REPORTS - Fixed an issue where the Deliveries to stock locations report showed only the last user who booked stock into a purchase order line. Each put-away now shows the user who did it. Quantities are unaffected.
-
(129990) - PICKING - Fixed an issue where the Outstanding Orders grid on the Picking page was squashed on narrower screens. On narrower screens the toolbar now wraps onto two rows.
-
(131045) - MOBILE APP - Fixed an issue where FBA pickwaves on the app did not follow stock location pick order. Lines are now listed in location order, or in reverse order when reverse picking is used.
-
(126080) - PRODUCTS - Fixed an issue where the Products grid was slow to load, page through and filter on large catalogues, particularly when searching by SKU with wildcards, Name, EAN or MPN.
The grid shows the same products and values as before. EAN and barcode searches also now return every match, where previously some could be missed when a large number of products matched.
-
(128809) - LOGIN - Fixed an issue where clicking Submit more than once on the two-factor authentication (2FA) page could cause an error, so you had to log in again.
The Submit button is now disabled while the code is checked, and enabled again if the code is incorrect. Pressing Enter on the 2FA setup page also no longer selects Skip.
-
(124585) - PURCHASE ORDERS - Fixed an issue where purchase order CSV imports showed "An unexpected error occurred" instead of the problem with the file.
The import now shows which SKUs could not be found, or which SKU and Supplier SKU combinations match more than one product. The same messages are returned when purchase orders are created through the REST API.
-
(117864) - USERS - Fixed an issue where creating a user with Copy Permissions From did not record the copied Company Identity permissions in the User Audit.
The User Audit now shows a Company Identity Permissions entry for each Company Identity copied, in the same way as when access is granted manually.
-
(122026) - PICKWAVES - Fixed some cases where stock could be left In Transit after an order was removed from a pickwave.
Transfers are now checked when an order is put on hold and removed from a pickwave on the Edit Pickwave page, or removed from a pickwave by an order status change or the Remove from Pickwave button.
-
(128392) - ROYAL MAIL - Fixed an issue where clicking Activate carrier on a Royal Mail Direct channel did not send the carrier type, so the carrier could not be activated correctly.
Activate carrier now sends the correct carrier details. Saving and creating the carrier works as before.
-
(125597) - PICKWAVES - Fixed an issue where pickwaves created from a pickwave rule set ignored the Consolidated Picking Tote Size rule, so no totes were used.
Rule-driven and scheduled pickwaves now use the tote size set on the rule set, and a tote size of 0 means no consolidated picking. Pickwaves can also now use totes without consolidated picking being switched on for the whole account.
-
(125814) - ORDER EXPORT - Fixed an issue where the Order Line Volume token in order exports could show an inflated volume when the same SKU existed in more than one account or on deleted products.
The token now uses only the product on the order line. Existing export templates do not need to be changed.
-
(121968) - XERO - Fixed an issue where the Xero purchase order export failed when a purchase order contained a line with no product.
These purchase orders now export to Xero, with the product-less line sent as n/a and no tax type.
-
(118745) - ORDERS - Fixed an issue where splitting order lines to a new order could reduce the original order's totals twice, if Create was clicked twice or the split was repeated from a second tab.
A repeated split is now rejected with a message and makes no changes, so the original order's totals always match its remaining lines.
-
(126076) - SHOPIFY - Fixed an issue where refunds recorded by the Shopify returns job on tax-inclusive stores had the VAT added on top of the refund amount.
Refund amounts now match the amount refunded in Shopify. Tax-exclusive stores are not affected.
-
(122549) - BLUEPARK - Fixed an issue where despatch details for merged orders were not reaching Bluepark, because the combined order reference was sent as a single order number.
Each original Bluepark order in a merged order is now despatched separately, using the merged order's tracking number and despatch date.
-
(124347) - INVOICES - Fixed an issue where some product tokens could not be used on their own in invoice and export templates, causing the invoice or export to fail.
This affected the Product SKU, Product Name, Country of Manufacture and Product Default Packaging Size tokens, which now work in any template.
