August Releases 2026
Items included have been released throughout the month. This article is retrospectively updated weekly. Please see here for our up to date log of upcoming releases.
Improvements:
(110773) - AMAZON - The Product Description field on Amazon listings is now a rich-text editor, so formatting such as headings, bullet lists, bold text and colours carries across when the description is mapped from the source product instead of collapsing into a single unformatted paragraph.
A warning is shown below the editor to note that Amazon may strip, reject or mis-render some HTML formatting, so heavily formatted descriptions should be reviewed before uploading.
(95901) - API - Added a new Pricing Profiles endpoint, allowing users to retrieve all pricing profiles set up on their account along with each profile's ID and name.
(120346) - ORDER EXPORT - Added a new Order Line Volume token to Order Line export templates. This calculates the cubic volume of an order line using the product's own dimensions multiplied by the line quantity.
(119176) - COURIERS - Added support for US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) eFiling data on FedEx International Connect and Whistl shipments, required for regulated consumer goods (toys, children's products, apparel, footwear, chargers and similar) entering the USA.
(59383) - API - Fixed an issue where calling the Product Suppliers endpoint with a SKU that mapped to more than one product returned a server error with no explanation.
The endpoint now returns a clear per-item error message identifying the duplicate SKU instead, making it easier to identify and resolve the issue without needing to raise a support ticket.
(116418) - EBAY - Fixed an issue where eBay listings could be marked "Attention Required" after an update or relist, even when the only response from eBay was an informational warning that doesn't affect inventory or price updates.
This warning is now filtered out when processing the eBay response, so listings are only flagged Attention Required when a genuine issue is preventing inventory or price updates.
(69816) - AMAZON - Amazon order imports now capture the VOEC registration number when Amazon supplies one under the VOEC tax scheme, storing it against the order in the same way as eBay and Etsy orders.
This ensures orders from Norway where Amazon has applied VOEC are correctly marked when sent to couriers, helping prevent customers being charged VAT twice.
(118075) - APC - Added a new Bypass Service Availability Check toggle to APC courier settings. When enabled, despatch will proceed even if the selected shipping method isn't returned by APC's Service Availability check, with the failure logged as a warning instead of blocking despatch.
Genuine order-creation errors from APC still fail regardless of the toggle. The setting is disabled by default, so existing despatch behaviour is unchanged unless enabled.
(113173) - PURCHASE ORDERS - Added a new Purchase Order Mode column to the Requisitions and Purchase Order grids, and the Supplier's Purchase Order Mode is now stored against a Purchase Order when it is raised from a requisition.
The Requisitions grid shows the Supplier's current Purchase Order Mode, while the Purchase Order grid shows the mode that was in place at the time the Purchase Order was created, even if the Supplier's mode is changed later. Both columns support sorting and filtering, including a Blank option on the Purchase Order grid.
(107095) - PRODUCTS - Fixed an issue on the Adjustments / Transfers page where, when selecting a variation SKU from a parent product, the product name shown in the Add Adjustments / Transfers section could display details for a different product.
The product label will now update correctly when a SKU is selected, making it clear which variation the adjustment or transfer will be applied to.
(118979) - EBAY - Updated eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP) order imports so that orders where eBay has not collected tax are imported as zero-rated.
GSP orders are exported internationally via eBay’s UK shipping hub, so StoreFeeder will no longer calculate UK VAT based on the hub’s domestic delivery address. This ensures the correct tax treatment is applied while leaving domestic orders and orders where eBay collects tax unchanged.
(117202) - ORDERS - Improved the split order process to prevent duplicate split orders from being created if the Create button is clicked multiple times while the request is processing.
Once a split order submission has started, further clicks are now ignored until the request completes, helping prevent accidental duplicate order splits.
(119475) - AMAZON - Fixed an issue where changes to an Amazon listing title could revert to the previous value when using either Save & Upload or Save Without Uploading.
Amazon listing title changes are now captured correctly when saving, ensuring the updated title is retained and used for subsequent listing updates.
(119069) - EBAY - Updated the Country Of Manufacture product field so that mapped eBay item specifics now use the full country name, including spaces. For example, UNITED KINGDOM will now be used instead of UNITEDKINGDOM.
This ensures values such as Country of Origin match eBay’s accepted item specific values, preventing validation errors when saving or uploading affected listings.
Bug Fixes:
(84703) - BIGCOMMERCE - Fixed an issue where BigCommerce V3 listings were uploaded without a thumbnail image set, leaving the store page with nothing to display.
Uploads now mark the first main image as the thumbnail. Listings imported from BigCommerce keep their existing thumbnail, and listings migrated from the previous BigCommerce integration retain the image order set before migration.
(50338) - EBAY - Fixed an issue where a failed eBay shipping update would keep resending indefinitely, repeatedly flagging the order "Attention Required" even after the flag was cleared.
Shipping updates are now retried up to 3 times before the order is flagged and resending stops, so orders no longer get stuck being flagged on every attempt.
(36305) - PRODUCT - Fixed an issue where a product's Sold Last X Days figures (7/30/60/90/120/365 days) and Sold All Time could remain stuck at their previous value instead of resetting to zero once all of the product's qualifying orders had been cancelled.
These figures are now correctly reset to zero when no valid orders remain in the relevant period.
(116523) - FEDEX - Fixed an issue preventing FedEx labels from being generated for shipments to Bolivia, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Romania, Turkey and Uruguay.
These destinations were incorrectly configured to request Electronic Trade Documents on outbound shipments, a requirement FedEx doesn't support for these countries, causing label generation to fail. This configuration has now been corrected, allowing labels to generate successfully.
(119103) - QUICKBOOKS - Fixed an issue where the QuickBooks accounting export would silently fail for orders where the customer's name contained a colon, as QuickBooks reserves this character and rejects the invoice.
The colon is now removed from the customer name before the invoice is sent to QuickBooks, allowing these orders to export successfully. Failure logging has also been improved so any future export rejections are easier to diagnose.
(119867) - ORDER IMPORT - Fixed an issue with CSV order imports where the Order Total could be saved as £0.00 when no Order Total field was included in the import mapping, even when the imported order lines contained a valid value.
StoreFeeder will now calculate the Order Total from the imported order values when the field is not mapped, ensuring the order total remains consistent with the order lines.
