September Releases 2026
Items included have been released throughout the month. This article is retrospectively updated weekly. Please see here for our up to date log of upcoming releases.
Improvements:
(121506) - REPORTS - Added a new "Product sales over specified date range" report under Sales & Revenue. Each product is shown as a single row, totalling its sales across every channel and warehouse it sold on.
Revenue is converted into your account currency before it is totalled, so orders placed in different currencies add up correctly. The report also includes the average sold price (ex and inc VAT), the default supplier cost price and the average stock value cost.
(118538) - ROYAL MAIL - Added a RoyalMail 4 x 3 option to the Label Type dropdown on Edit Shipping Method for Royal Mail shipping methods, for merchants using 4x3 thermal label printers.
Orders despatched, or labels reprinted, on a shipping method with this label type now have their labels generated at 4x3. Despatch notes and CN23 documents are still generated at 6x4.
(116941) - EVRI - The "Default duty to 0 if not specified" toggle on Edit Shipping Method is now available for Evri (Hermes) shipping methods, as well as Royal Mail.
When the toggle is on, orders with no duty paid value are sent with a value of 0 so the courier can calculate the duty, and despatch is no longer blocked by the duty paid validation.
(116942) - SHIPPING - A Duty Paid Value of 0 is now accepted at despatch for couriers that support Delivery Duty Paid. Previously only values greater than 0 were allowed.
A value of 0 lets the courier calculate the duty. Negative values are still rejected. This brings all couriers in line with the existing Royal Mail behaviour.
(108671) - SHOPIFY - Testing the connection on a Shopify channel now tells you why the connection failed, instead of showing a general error message.
Specific messages are now shown when the Shopify store no longer exists, when access is forbidden, when the integration cannot be found, and when the connection's credentials or permissions are not valid.
(117899) - API - The product PATCH endpoint now supports the Archived field, so products can be archived or unarchived through the API.
Leaving Archived out of the request leaves the product's archived status unchanged, in the same way as the Discontinued field.
(122516) - AMAZON - Third-party Amazon listings are now always enriched with data from the Amazon catalogue when they are downloaded, and the "Enrich listing data by product" toggle has been removed from the Amazon channel settings.
As well as images, StoreFeeder now fills in the description, bullet points, brand, manufacturer, colour, size, model/part number, EAN/UPC, weight and dimensions. Fields are only filled when they are empty, so existing or manually edited data is never overwritten. Own-brand listings are not affected.
(116071) - WAREHOUSE - Warehouse transfers can now be written off at any stage from the Warehouse Transfers page. A single transfer can be written off with a quantity and reason, or several transfers can be written off in full using the bulk write off option.
A stock adjustment is made for the written off quantity at the location the stock is currently in, and the transfer is amended or removed, so no stock is left unaccounted for. Write offs are not yet available in the StoreFeeder app.
(120499) - AMAZON - Amazon FBM Ship+ orders are now identified when they are imported, and can be included or excluded using a new filter on the Orders page.
FBM Ship+ orders must be despatched using Amazon Buy Shipping, so this makes them easier to find and handle separately.
(118465) - FEDEX - Added a new FedEx REST API courier integration, which replaces the legacy FedEx integration. FedEx has moved its previous web services to maintenance-only, so we recommend all FedEx users move to the new integration.
The new courier includes a guided account registration, label format (PDF, PNG or ZPL), packaging type, signature and DDP/DDU options per shipping method, billing transport charges to the sender, recipient or a third party, and electronic upload of commercial invoices (ETD). Existing settings are not migrated automatically, so the new courier and its shipping methods will need to be set up.
(122233) - EBAY - Updated how listing images are uploaded to eBay Picture Services when "Physically Upload Images to eBay" is switched on, ahead of eBay retiring its previous image upload method.
Image upload now requires your eBay channel to be connected through eBay's OAuth API. If it is not, listing uploads that physically upload images will stop with a message asking you to upgrade your eBay connection. Listings with the setting switched off are unaffected.
(121438) - BACK ORDERS - Orders in Awaiting Payment status can now have stock allocated to their back-ordered lines when the Release Back Orders job runs.
The order stays in Awaiting Payment while stock is allocated, and only moves on once payment has cleared.
(121029) - API - Added new endpoints to apply a tag to an order and to list the tags on an order, using either the order number or the order ID.
If the tag does not already exist on the account it is created automatically, and applying a tag the order already has will not create a duplicate. This allows external systems, such as age verification services, to tag orders once they have been checked.
(76392) - PICKING - Added the ability to unassign a picker from a pickwave, or reassign the whole pickwave to another picker, from the Edit Pickwave page.
Unassigned pickwaves return to the app ready to be picked, and anyone using the app is notified of the change. Reassigning individual orders using the existing bulk action still works as before.
(101952) - AMAZON - Added a Barcode Type option to the variant grid's Bulk Update on Amazon variation listings, so the barcode type can be set for all or active variants at once.
Leaving Barcode Type on "Select..." keeps each variant's existing barcode type, so listings with mixed barcode types are not affected.
(115922) - AMAZON - Browse nodes that do not match your product's category can now be selected on new Amazon listings. A warning is shown listing the node's categories, but you are no longer blocked from choosing it.
The fields are now labelled Primary Recommended Browse Node and Secondary Recommended Browse Node, each with an Edit button, and the secondary browse node can be removed from its popup. The primary browse node is still required.
(100002) - API - The product PATCH endpoint now supports updating custom attributes without needing to submit the full product record. Existing attributes are updated with the new value, and attributes not already on the product are added.
Note that custom attributes cannot be removed using PATCH - the PUT endpoint should still be used to remove an attribute.
(122519) - WAREHOUSE - Fixed an issue where the To Location list for an app-based stock transfer of a FIFO product was too strict, requiring expiry date, batch reference and delivered date to all match before a location was offered.
Locations are now offered when the expiry and batch reference match, or when the delivered date matches where expiry/batch aren't set, giving users the full set of valid transfer destinations.
Bug Fixes:
(120215) - LISTINGS - Fixed an issue where variant listings were slow to open on channels with a large number of attribute sets. This affected Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, Magento, Mirakl and Shopify listings.
Variant listings now open much faster. The attribute dropdowns show the same attributes in the same order, and existing attribute selections are kept.
(119966) - WAREHOUSE - Fixed an issue where the Stock Location import failed when a warehouse had zones, aisles or levels whose names differed only by capital letters, for example "I" and "i".
Names are now matched regardless of capital letters, so the import uses the existing zone, aisle or level instead of creating a duplicate. Where duplicates already exist, the affected rows show a message so they can be resolved, rather than the whole import failing.
(83795) - FEDEX - Fixed an issue where a Duty Paid Value was still required at despatch on FedEx shipping methods set to duty unpaid.
For couriers other than Royal Mail, orders on a duty unpaid shipping method no longer ask for a Duty Paid Value at despatch.
(120800) - EMAIL - Fixed an issue where CC recipients were left off order emails for accounts that send email through Google or Outlook.
CC'd addresses now receive order emails as expected. Accounts sending through SMTP are not affected.
(122311) - EBAY - Fixed an issue where re-linking a previously connected eBay channel showed an "Expired IAF token" error instead of opening the eBay sign-in page.
Re-linking now goes to the eBay sign-in page as expected, even when the channel's previous eBay connection has expired.
(124380) - LOGIN - Fixed an issue where a valid two-factor authentication (2FA) code could sometimes be rejected when logging in to the website or app, and only accepted after retrying.
Valid 2FA codes are now accepted first time, and the code entry page no longer shows the message "Could not find an One Time Password to evaluate".
(125803) - EPOS - Fixed an issue where the EPOS product download in the StoreFeeder app failed when a product was listed more than once on the EPOS channel.
Each product is now downloaded once, at its highest listing price, and its barcodes are no longer duplicated.
(121363) - EBAY - Fixed an issue where eBay orders on which eBay collects the tax, such as US orders, imported with the order discount taken off twice, leaving the order total too low.
These orders now import with the total the buyer paid on eBay, and merged orders no longer show a negative total.
(122578) - THE DELIVERY GROUP - Fixed an issue where labels failed on The Delivery Group services that route to InPost, because the shipping cost on the commercial invoice was sent with too many decimal places.
The shipping cost is now rounded to 2 decimal places, in line with the item values.
(120267) - BIGCOMMERCE - Fixed an issue where BigCommerce categories could be imported more than once, causing the category tree on BigCommerce listings to load very slowly.
Categories are now stored once per download, and the category tree loads in seconds while showing the same categories and selections as before.
(121903) - MAGENTO - Fixed an issue where clicking View on a Magento 2 listing opened it on the website the Magento connection was set up from, rather than the website the listing belongs to.
On Magento installations with more than one website, listings now open on their own website's domain.
(122159) - ORDERS - Fixed an issue where exchange orders were created without the channel order reference of the original order.
The new order created by an exchange now keeps the original channel order reference.
(121687) - API - Fixed an issue where requesting products with suppliers included returned an error on any page containing a product whose supplier had no currency set.
Suppliers without a currency now use the account's default currency, and suppliers created by listing imports are given the account's default currency automatically.
