This guide explains how to set up eBay postage (P&P) services on an eBay channel in StoreFeeder, so you can choose them on your eBay listings.
Before you start
P&P services are set up separately on each eBay channel. If you sell on more than one eBay channel, repeat these steps on each one.
If you use eBay business policies, your postage comes from the shipping policy you choose on each listing instead. See How to Use eBay Business Policies.
Step 1: Open eBay Postage
Go to Settings > Integrations and open your eBay channel. Select eBay Postage in the menu on the left.
The page lists the P&P services already set up on this channel.
Step 2: Create a P&P service
Click New P&P Service, then fill in the P&P Service Details:
- Name: a name you'll recognise when choosing the service on a listing.
- Service provider: the eBay postage service, for example Royal Mail 2nd Class.
- Basic cost: what the buyer pays for postage on the first item.
- Additional cost: what the buyer pays for each extra item in the same order.
- International: tick this if the service is for buyers outside your eBay site's country.
- Default: tick this to make it the default P&P service on this channel.
Step 3: Save the service
Click Save. The service now shows in the list on the eBay Postage page and can be chosen on your eBay listings.
Using a P&P service on a listing
Open the eBay listing in StoreFeeder and choose the service in the listing's shipping section, then click Save and Upload.
Troubleshooting
My listing shows the wrong postage on eBay
Check which P&P service, or which shipping policy if you use business policies, is chosen on the listing in StoreFeeder, then click Save and Upload.
How do I set up eBay International Shipping?
There's nothing to set up in StoreFeeder. eBay International Shipping is managed by eBay. Once you join it in your eBay account, eBay applies it to your eligible listings automatically. See eBay's guide to eBay International Shipping.
