EPOS via the StoreFeeder App is not included as part of your standard subscription. Please contact the Sales team for a demo or trial if you are interested.
Here you will learn how to use the EPOS section of the App.
This is a paid add-on so may not be available to you.
If not already set up, please refer to the EPOS (Setup) article before continuing.
Initial Login
If this is the first time you are using EPOS you will be required to select the shop location you are based at using the 3 dots menu. You can also use this menu to refresh products if new ones are added after you have logged in.
Browsing and adding products
When you enter this section of the App you will be presented with the products you have listed along with any browsing categories you have set up.
You are able to add products manually by browsing or by searching by name and clicking "Add" or automatically added to cart by scanning the barcode.
As with other pages clicking the "i" will take you to the product detail page.
You can either check out at this point by clicking the basket icon or continue to add products.
Checking Out
Once your cart is complete you can take payment for the order. You have 2 options available to you:
Card Payment - When selecting this option a message will pop up for you to confirm that payment has been taken by other means. When payment is complete, choose "confirm" and the order confrimation message will pop up. If you choose cancel the order will be cancelled and you will get confirmation, you are then able to abandon, add\change items or change payment method.
Cash Payment - This will automatically mark the order as having been paid and you will get a confirmation of the created order.
You will then be able to see the completed order both in the Orders section of the app and in the EPOS channel.
*Orders are placed under the user logged into the EPOS
As these are standard orders they will still go through the shipping rules as you can see above. If this causes confusion we advise you set up a dummy shipping method ("Shop Sale" or similar) and a shipping rule to direct all orders of your EPOS channel to that shipping method. Please refer to the following articles for information on how:
